Kitchen Experience

A Day in the Restaurant 23 kitchen learning tricks of the trade

Experience the heat of a professional kitchen under the expert guidance of Curtis and his team. In the morning you will help prepare and cook some of our signature dishes, before sitting down for lunch and enjoying the fruits of your labour.

The Kitchen Experience package includes:

  • Extensive briefing
  • Morning refreshments
  • A 7 course tasting menu at lunch, with you cooking the first course.
  • A signed copy of the Restaurant 23 menu

The experience starts at 8.30am and is available at £105 per person. Maximum 2 people per day.

Chef's Table Experience

A unique and exclusive dining event allowing discerning diners to experience Restaurant 23 at its very best.

Guests are welcomed with a glass of Champagne before being whisked off to the Library, our 9-seat private dining room. Advaced checking whether you have any special dietary requests or dislikes, Curtis and his team will take you on a culinary journey featuring signature dishes from Restaurant 23 paired with wines carefully selected by our Sommelier.

The chefs and front of house team guide you through each course, sharing their knowledge and passion for the food and wine they are serving. The Chef’s Table package includes:

  • 8 course surprise menu
  • A glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne on arrival
  • Exquisite wines carefully matched to the menu
  • Private waiter
  • Exclusive look in the Restaurant 23 kitchen
  • Petit fours and coffee or tea
